啟明星辰(002439.SZ)：前三季度預虧1300萬元-1800萬元
格隆匯10月14日丨啟明星辰(002439.SZ)公佈了前三季度業績預吿，公司預計2021年前三季度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損1300萬元-1800萬元，上年同期為盈利6888.29萬元；預計第三季度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為9100萬元-9600萬元，同比增長0.81%-6.35%。
業績變動主要原因為：
1.報吿期內，公司營業收入較上年同期增長約45%，第三季度單季增長約28%，主要為公司圍繞着中長期發展戰略及年度經營計劃積極推進業務開展，同時加強區域和行業市場取得明顯成效。
2.報吿期內，公司持續加大研發投入保證產品競爭力持續提升，同時繼續加強市場區域和行業渠道拓展，公司研發和銷售總投入增長約41%。
3.報吿期內，公司員工持股計劃產生的股份支付和去年同期因疫情社保減免發生的兩項合計值約1.07億元，對本期利潤構成一定影響。
4.全國城市安全運營是公司重點佈局的業務，報吿期內，公司持續發力、推進迅速，目前已形成華東、華南、西南、華北、華中五大區域資源中心，9個省級二級業務支撐中心及100+城市安全運營中心的生態體系，年末有望突破120個，繼續擴大全國覆蓋率。今年陸續啟動場景化專項安全運營，包括場景化雲安全運營、場景化工業互聯網安全運營等新型運營模式，貼近用户實際業務場景，護航重點行業的數字化轉型。
5.《數據安全法》和《個人信息保護法》的落地正在催生政務、行業和個人數據安全的巨大市場，報吿期內，公司加緊佈局數據安全業務，取得顯著成效。公司的政務數據安全系統相繼為貴州、四川、青海等省提供安全保障，以解決海量政務數據交互、共享、標識、風險監測等難題。公司助力構建無錫城市大數據中心安全體系，成為全國第一個政務場景下通過DSMM數據安全成熟度三級認證的案例，並正在全國範圍內數十個大數據局得到推廣和應用，覆蓋政府、公安、醫療等行業。2020年公司銷售數據安全類產品約6億，2021年將呈高速增長趨勢。
