格隆匯10月14日丨ST金鴻(000669.SZ)公佈2021年前三季度業績預吿,2021年1月1日至2021年9月30日,公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損2600萬元–2000萬元,基本每股虧損0.0382元-0.0294元。
2021年7月1日至2021年9月30,歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損800萬元–400萬元,基本每股虧損0.0118元-0.0059元。
報吿期與去年同期相比淨利潤下降的原因:
1、去年同期確認了處置子公司的部分投資收益;2、去年同期確認了“15金鴻債”和“16中油金鴻MTN001”部分債務重組收益;綜上因素導致報吿期與去年同期相比淨利潤大幅下降。報吿期內非經常性損益對公司的淨利潤影響金額預計為2,500萬元至3,500萬元,主要是政府補助和債務重組收益影響。
