聯絡互動(002280.SZ)前三季度預虧2.5億-3億元
格隆匯10月14日丨聯絡互動(002280.SZ)公佈，預計2021年前三季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損2.5億元-3億元，上年同期虧損10033.02萬元。
今年前三季度，公司繼續抓住跨境電商的發展機遇，夯實主營業務，上半年完成了Newegg 的海外獨立上市，同時積極與債權銀行溝通公司債務解決方案，具體如下：
1.公司主營業務經營穩中向好，企業實現有序、穩健、向好的發展。跨境電商板塊的控股子公司Newegg Commerce（NASDAQ：NEGG）通過自身業務轉型，平台業務佔比提升，GMV和業務收入同比增長，預計前三季度經營業務利潤同比仍有較大增長。
2.公司其他業務板塊，前三季度經營情況正常，租房分期業務加強存量資金回款，本報吿期預計實現盈利。受到疫情反覆衝擊及相關機場減租政策退出影響，預計機場廣吿業務前三季度盈利有所下降。
3. 目前上市公司正在積極解決銀行債務問題，也與多家債權銀行達成了和解和展期方案，但由於目前上市公司融資餘額規模仍然較大，財務成本較高，本報吿期預計相關財務費用9600萬元左右。目前仍積極與相關銀行溝通還款方案，但尚未完成和解和還款，基於謹慎性原則，報吿期公司仍然計提了相關銀行的罰息等預計負債約10000萬元。目前公司正在通過自身努力以及引進資產管理公司等方式，爭取一攬子解決公司的銀行債務問題。
4.2021年第三季度證券市場波動較大，境內外資本市場均有所調整，公司持有的金融資產理想汽車公允價值有所回落，同時雷蛇等其他公允價值也有所下降，綜合測算，預計公司第三季度公允價值變動虧損約3.8億元，前三季度公允價值變動虧損約1.35億元。
5.2021年前三季度，公司根據市場情況，在合適的窗口期變現了部分可供出售的金融資產，目前資金在陸續迴流過程中。未來公司將根據市場情況，繼續處置資產迴流資金。
