為數字經濟發展凝聚智力，《全球數字貿易白皮書》重磅發佈
10月13日，2021全球數字貿易大會暨漢交會“數字科技與貿易”主題會議在湖北武漢順利舉行。會上，國內權威第三方數據調研機構艾瑞諮詢重磅發佈《全球數字貿易白皮書》，艾瑞研究院首席分析師、艾瑞科技研究院執行院長李超現場對白皮書進行了解讀。
本次大會由湖北省人民政府主辦，全國工商業聯合會支持，武漢市人民政府、湖北省商務廳承辦，黃陂區人民政府、武漢市商務局、卓爾智聯集團有限公司、漢口北集團有限公司執行承辦。
作為本屆數字貿易大會的重要成果之一，《全球數字貿易白皮書》重新界定了數字貿易的概念：數字貿易是指貿易方式的數字化，即通過數字技術與貿易開展過程的深度融合，打通產業鏈的生產端、交易端以及供應鏈端的信息交互與響應通道，構建產業鏈的新型供需關係和協同關係，進而提升整個產業鏈的運轉效率。
《全球數字貿易白皮書》梳理了數字貿易在數字基礎、政策、技術以及資本等方面的發展現狀。當前，數字化正向更大範圍更深層次進行滲透，數字經濟與實體經濟深度融合的政策導向持續強化，雲計算、大數據、區塊鏈、物聯網等新一代信息技術與貿易產業深度融合，資本市場對數字貿易保持了極高的關注度，數字貿易、數字經濟正不斷向前發展。
本次《全球數字貿易白皮書》圍繞農業、鋼鐵、化塑、批發以及跨境五大行業，結合了眾多國內外知名數字貿易企業的發展歷程和商業模式，剖析了數字技術、數字化供應鏈服務對全球貿易產業帶來的深刻變革，展示了在數字化時代下，數字貿易企業強勁的發展動能以及被資本市場所看好的良好發展前景。
同時，結合行業特徵，深入分析了數字貿易在生產端、交易端、供應鏈端等端口在重構傳統貿易產業鏈過程中的價值。在傳統貿易產業鏈中，生產端、交易端以及供應鏈端存在諸多重要痛點，數字貿易平台通過突破痛點重構供需匹配關係與產業主體協同模式。在生產端，提高產品信息監測與應用能力，促進廠家降本增效；在交易端，通過交易的信息化、數據化、智能化建設，解決信任、品控、價格評估等關鍵問題，優化交易環節；在供應鏈端，聚焦倉儲、物流、金融三大核心痛點，加快釋放整個供應鏈數字化升級價值。
此外，《全球數字貿易白皮書》認為，在數字貿易服務的生產網絡中，行業的升級與不同業務環節的交叉能夠創造出數量龐大的服務節點，將為數字貿易平台在不斷推進行業升級和業務環節細化時提供深廣的戰略發展空間。在推動產業鏈商流、信息流、物流以及資金流“四流合一”的作用下，數字貿易平台向生態型產業平台加快升級，將打造新型產業供需關係和生態協同關係，促進供給側與需求側高質量發展的雙重改革。
