*ST利源(002501.SZ)：選舉吳睿為董事長、聘任陳陽為總裁
格隆匯10月12日丨*ST利源(002501.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年10月12日召開第五屆董事會第一次會議，審議通過了《關於選舉公司第五屆董事會董事長的議案》、《關於選舉公司第五屆董事會副董事長的議案》、《關於聘任公司高級管理人員的議案》以及《關於聘任證券事務代表的議案》，公司董事會選舉吳睿為第五屆董事會董事長，陳陽為第五屆董事會副董事長，聘任陳陽為公司總裁，聘任於海斌為公司副總裁、董事會祕書，聘任高翔為公司副總裁，聘任陳維為公司副總裁，聘任許冬為公司財務總監(財務負責人)，聘任趙金鑫為公司證券事務代表。前述人員任期均為三年，自本次董事會審議通過之日起至第五屆董事會屆滿之日止。
吳睿，男，中國國籍，無境外永久居留權，1969年5月出生，清華大學本科學歷。曾任三洋電機(蛇口)有限公司音響廠主任、清華大學汽車工程系內燃機實驗室項目經理、清華大學蘇州汽車研究院新能源汽車研究所副所長、浙江易立達科技有限公司副總經理、深圳市福瑞電氣科技有限公司副總經理等職務。現任倍有智能科技(深圳)有限公司董事長、深圳市睿陽斌智能科技有限公司執行董事兼總經理、瀋陽昊陽新材料科技有限公司執行董事、北京昆泰精製新材料科技有限公司執行董事、浙江鑫鑰新材料科技有限公司執行董事和本公司第四屆董事會董事長。
陳陽，男，1979年2月出生，碩士學歷，中共黨員，曾任原總參二部團職業務處長、高級工程師，從軍17年，多次立功授獎。部隊轉業後創建北京金諾創佳科技有限公司、中航北方(遼寧)特種裝備研究院有限公司，任公司董事長。各公司主營業務包括：航天配套設備、納米複合型功能材料、5G智能網聯無人駕駛系統等。現任中航北方(遼寧)特種裝備研究院有限公司董事長、北京中聯萬邦新材料科技有限公司執行董事、瀋陽昊陽新材料科技有限公司總經理、北京昆泰精製新材料科技有限公司總經理、浙江鑫鑰新材料科技有限公司總經理和本公司第四屆董事會副董事長兼總經理等職務。
