興發集團(600141.SH)：前三季度淨利預增576.22%-603.82%
格隆匯10月12日丨興發集團(600141.SH)公佈2021年前三季度業績預增公吿，公司預計2021年前三季度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為24.5億元-25.5億元，同比增長576.22%-603.82%。
扣除非經常性損益後，公司預計2021年前三季度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為26億元-27億元，同比增長632.98%-661.17%。
報吿期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較上年同期增加，主要受以下因素的綜合影響：
一是報吿期內隨着全球新冠疫情緩解，國內經濟持續復甦，化工行業迎來景氣週期，公司主營產品草甘膦、有機硅、二甲基亞碸、黃磷等銷售價格同比大幅上漲，盈利能力明顯增強。公司積極搶抓有利市場行情，科學組織生產經營，主要裝置實現穩產高產，“礦電化一體”、“磷硅鹽協同”及“礦肥化結合”產業鏈優勢得到較為充分發揮。
二是公司2018年度非公開發行股票募集資金投資項目——300萬噸/年低品位膠磷礦選礦及深加工項目(主要包括100萬噸/年選礦、120萬噸/年硫磺制酸、40萬噸/年磷酸、40萬噸/年磷銨)經過充分試運行，在報吿期內陸續投產轉固，以及參股公司宜昌星興藍天科技有限公司40萬噸/年合成氨項目在二季度末一次性開車成功，運行情況良好，為公司帶來了新的利潤增長點。
三是報吿期內公司電子級化學品市場開拓取得積極進展，其中對接半導體客户的電子級磷酸、硫酸、混配液等高附加值產品銷量明顯增長，經營業績大幅提升。
非經常性損益影響：2021年前三季度固定資產報廢、政府補助等非經常性損益為-1.5億元左右，2020年同期為759.14萬元，同比減少約1.58億元。根據全國安全生產專項整治三年行動計劃要求，結合公司安全環保整改、技術升級改造要求，公司對部分存在安全環保風險以及技術工藝落後的設備實施拆除。上述固定資產報廢預計減少2021年1-9月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2.1億元(其中減少2021年7-9月歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1.6億元)。
