周大福(01929.HK)第二季度內地同店銷售增長達23.0%
格隆匯10月12日丨周大福(01929.HK)公佈,於截至2021年9月30日止三個月("第二季度"或"季內"),中國內地("內地")以及香港及澳門的同店銷售維持令人鼓舞的增長勢頭。在穩定的消費氣氛支持下,內地於季內的同店銷售增長為23.0%。香港及澳門業務持續改善,同店銷售錄得57.7%的強勁增長,此乃受惠於本地消費需求平穩及低基數效應。季內香港的同店銷售增長為35.1%,而澳門則由於過境口岸重開後遊客消費帶動令同店銷售增長達到232.5%。
由於基數效應,內地珠寶鑲嵌、鉑金及K金首飾類別的同店銷售於季內下跌8.0%,但其零售值則增加8.7%,此乃由於新增零售點帶來穩健貢獻。香港及澳門珠寶鑲嵌、鉑金及K金首飾類別的同店銷售延續自2021財政年度第三季度的正增長趨勢,於季內錄得15.4%的增長。季內兩大巿場的同店平均售價均向好。內地珠寶鑲嵌首飾的同店平均售價為7,400港元(2021財政年度第二季度:7,300港元),而香港及澳門珠寶鑲嵌首飾的同店平均售價則上升至14,000港元(2021財政年度第二季度:13,600港元)。
黃金首飾及產品類別包括按重量及固定價格出售的產品。內地黃金首飾及產品的零售需求持續殷切,推動季內產品類別的同店銷售增長48.9%。其平均售價維持於5,400港元(2021財政年度第二季度:5,400港元)。香港及澳門的平均售價改善至6,700港元(2021財政年度第二季度:6,200港元)。季內國際平均金價較去年同期低6.2%。
集團季內於中國內地淨開設366個零售點,包括淨開設385個周大福珠寶零售點(當中淨開設2個直營店及淨開設383個加盟店)。於2021年9月30日,中國內地有69.5%的周大福珠寶零售點以加盟模式經營。—季內,於香港、澳門及其他市場,集團淨關閉3個位於香港的周大福珠寶零售點,並開設一個位於其他市場的周大福珠寶零售點。於2021年9月30日,集團合共有5,214個零售點。
