大悦城(000031.SZ)第三季度新增5個房地產項目
格隆匯10月11日丨大悦城(000031.SZ)公佈，2021年第三季度，公司新增5個項目，具體情況如下：
1、重慶市兩江新區兩路組團C標準分區C04-3、C07-3、C09-1、C09-5地塊。該項目位於重慶市兩江新區中央公園板塊中央公園東側，重慶渝北大悦城南側。該地塊土地出讓面積為112,000平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於159,120.3平方米，土地用途為二類居住用地。該項目通過股權收購獲取，公司需支付價款約為人民幣12.63億元。公司擁有該項目49%的權益。
2、西安市高陵區地籍編號為610126203011GB00014、610126203011GB00012、610126202006GB00008、610126202006GB00019共4宗地塊。該項目位於西安市高陵區老城區，南與未央區、灞橋區隔渭河相望，東與臨潼相鄰，西與西鹹新區涇河新城相接，北與咸陽市三原縣相聯。4宗地塊土地出讓面積合計162,043.32平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於457,202平方米，用地性質為居住和商服用地。四宗地塊成交總價合計約為人民幣22.17億元。公司擁有該項目100%的權益。
3、常州武進區JWJ20210201號地塊。該項目位於常州市武進區東寶南路西側、橫溪路南側。該宗地塊土地出讓面積合計38,513平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於77,026平方米，土地用途為二類居住用地。該宗地塊成交總價合計約為人民幣9.97億元。公司擁有該項目51%的權益。
4、紹興市鏡湖新區鳳林西路以北7-1號地塊。該項目位於紹興市鏡湖新區中心環西側，該地塊土地出讓面積為56,095平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於129,019平方米，土地用途為住宅用地。該項目通過股權收購獲取，公司需支付價款約為人民幣13.8億元。公司擁有該項目50%的權益。
5、成都市天府新區TF(07/09):2021-17號地塊。該項目位於天府新區煎茶街道高廟村一組。土地出讓面積41,542.86平方米，計容建築面積不大於83,000平方米，土地用途為住宅兼容商業用地(兼容商業計容建築面積佔總計容建築面積比例不小於8%且不大於10%)。土地成交總價約為人民幣8.47億元，地塊須建設佔住宅計容總建築面積44%的銷售型人才公寓(其中一類人才公寓佔住宅計容總建築面積38%，二類人才公寓佔住宅計容總建築面積6%)。公司控股子公司大悦城地產有限公司擁有該項目51%的權益。
