中國海洋石油(00883.HK)：紐約證交所的相關委員會維持了此前決定
格隆匯10月10日丨中國海洋石油(00883.HK)公佈，為了保護公司及股東的合法權益，2021年3月10日(東部標準時間)，公司向紐約證交所提出書面要求，要求該委員會覆議該決定。2021年10月8日(東部標準時間)，該委員會維持了該決定。根據紐約證交所上市公司手冊第804.00條，紐約證交所將向美國證券交易委員會提交表格25以撤銷公司美國存托股份的上市，並將向公司提供一份副本，在此之前，紐約證交所將通過發佈新聞稿及於其網站發佈通知的方式公吿其撤銷公司美國存托股份之上市的最終決定。根據美國1934年證券交易法(經修正)項下第12d2-2條規則，公司美國存托股份的下市將於該表格25提交10日後生效。
摩根大通銀行為美國存托股份的存託人。受限於公司、摩根大通銀行以及美國存托股份不時的持有人訂立的存託協議的條款，美國存托股份持有人可將其美國存托股份交還給摩根大通銀行，以換取公司的普通股。每股美國存托股份註銷後可換取100股公司普通股，後者在香港聯合交易所有限公司上市交易。鑑於紐約證交所已於2021年3月9日上午4:00(東部標準時間)暫停美國存托股份的買賣，以及公司美國存托股份即將下市，美國存托股份持有人可向彼等的專業顧問或者摩根大通銀行諮詢有關美國存托股份轉換成公司普通股的事宜。公司董事會2021年8月19日宣派的2021年中期股息將於2021年10月13日或左右派發予2021年9月10日在股東名冊內已登記的股東。美國存托股份持有人可向彼等的專業顧問或者摩根大通銀行諮詢有關2021年中期股息派發相關事宜。
