中國電力(02380.HK)終止資產重組建議
中國電力(02380.HK)早前公布,擬就資產重組與公司最終控股股東國家電投的聯繫人吉電股份進行磋商。公司公布,經與吉電股份進行多輪討論和談判並諮詢外部專業顧問後,雙方未能就交易的核心條款達成完全一致。為了公司、吉電股份及各自股東的利益,雙方同意終止資產重組建議。
公司表示,將繼續堅定不移發展清潔能源,並將為達此目標尋求任何有利機會擴大公司的清潔能源資產,以符合公司及其股東整體的最佳利益。
