浩豐科技(300419.SZ):孫成文就協議轉讓5518萬股予華軟實業 深交所已出具股份轉讓申請確認書
格隆匯10月10日丨浩豐科技(300419.SZ)公佈,近日,公司接到孫成文通知,深圳證券交易所已根據《上市公司流通股協議轉讓業務辦理暫行規則》對申請人提交的股份協議轉讓申請材料進行完備性核對,並已出具《深圳證券交易所上市公司股份轉讓申請確認書》(〔2021〕第225號),對出讓人孫成文以協議轉讓方式向華軟實業出讓股份 5518萬股的交易事項予以確認,轉讓價格為10.88元/股,確認書有效期為六個月。
