萊茵生物(002166.SZ)：美國工業大麻提取及應用工程建設項目投產
格隆匯10月8日丨萊茵生物(002166.SZ)公佈，2021年10月1日(美國東部時間9月30日)，公司工業大麻提取及應用工程建設項目克服種種困難(“工業大麻項目”)在印第安納州工廠所在地舉行了投產儀式，至此該項目正式建成投產試運行。該項目總投入預計將達到8000萬美金左右(其中，募集資金及利息共計約3.3億元人民幣已全部使用完畢)，預計年處理原材料能力為5000噸，該項目主要產品將為醫用CBD、CBG、CBN、水溶性CBD、全譜油、廣譜油、脱THC產品等，可廣泛應用於醫藥、食品添加劑、化粧品和寵物用品等多個領域。
該項目生產設施均採用全自動化設備，已被印第安納州政府列為美國工業大麻提取領域的示範項目。同時在資質認證方面，公司已在積極準備向美國FDA申請工廠認證和產品的GRAS 認證（美國FDA 評價食品添加劑的安全性認證），為工業大麻業務發展創造更有利的發展條件。公司也已在2019 年、2020 年申請了4 項國內發明專利和2 項國際PCT 專利，目前均在實審中。
上述市場開拓及技術積累等工作均為工業大麻項目的未來發展奠定了堅實的基礎。
公司緊緊圍繞“大健康”發展基調，積極拓展大單品業務，將工業大麻產品作為植物提取業務發展的重要增長點。目前，工業大麻市場尚處於發展初期，該項目投產試運行後，公司將充分發揮從事植物提取行業20多年積累的技術、市場、管理等經驗，推動本項目在產品品質、成本和服務方面形成全面的市場競爭優勢，並在工業大麻提取領域進一步樹立市場品牌形象。
至此，公司植物提取業務已經形成天然甜味劑、茶葉提取物、工業大麻三大主力品種齊頭並進的發展格局，公司將繼續貫徹大單品發展戰略，持續擴大公司在植物提取物市場的份額，提升公司的盈利能力和核心競爭力。
該項目的投產，預計不會對公司本年度的經營業績產生重大影響，但預計將會對公司未來經營業績的提升發揮積極作用。
