中指研究院:國慶期間重點城市新房成交同比降三成
格隆匯10月8日丨據一財,中指研究院數據顯示,今年國慶期間(10月1日-7日),重點監測城市新建商品住宅成交面積較去年同期下降33%,購房者置業意願不足,市場情緒延續9月觀望態勢。一線城市成交規模同比基本持平,二線、三四線代表城市降幅均超四成。二線代表城市國慶期間新建商品住宅累計成交35.32萬平方米,同比下降43%;三四線代表城市國慶期間新建商品住宅累計成交13.68萬平方米,同比下降44%。
