豪美新材(002988.SZ)：與腐創院、王儉秋共同投資設立豪美研究院
格隆匯10月7日丨豪美新材(002988.SZ)公佈，為提升產品研發、製造的技術水平，實現引領國內鋁型材相關產業發展的長遠目標，公司於近日與廣東腐蝕科學與技術創新研究院(“腐創院”)、王儉秋共同投資設立了廣東豪美技術創新研究院有限公司(“豪美研究院”)。目前，豪美研究院已完成工商註冊登記，公司對豪美研究院投資額為510萬元。
豪美研究院的主要任務：力爭在三年內，將研究院建設成為國內鋁擠壓材產業一流的集新材料、新工藝和腐蝕防護技術的研發基地。主要任務包括但不限於：
① 新材料、新工藝和新產品研發。根據公司面臨的市場需求，開發新材料、新工藝和新產品；根據所研發成果，申請並形成知識產權。
② 項目申請和研發平台建設。圍繞國家、省、市各級科技計劃指南，結合公司生產及產品需要，積極申報科研項目；瞄準政策支持導向，努力申請工程技術研究開發中心、技術創新中心、新型研發機構等平台。
③ 為公司生產中遇到的具體材料問題提供解決方案；通過基礎研究和分析，找出公司生產中所出現問題的根源；配合現場，提出該類問題的解決方案，並指導實施。
④ 科技成果轉移轉化。在將圍繞市場需求開發出的產品優先轉讓給豪美新材及下屬企業基礎上，經研究院董事會同意，可以將有關科研成果有償對外轉讓。
⑤ 科技人才培訓。圍繞公司生產、研發需要，為公司及下屬企業培訓科研技術人員。
腐創院作為中國科學院金屬研究所、國家金屬腐蝕控制工程技術研究中心和廣州高新技術產業開發區管理委員會聯合舉辦的新型研發機構,在金屬腐蝕防護和新材料等領域已經形成相應的學科優勢、研究成果及人才團隊。
公司此次與腐創院、王儉秋共同投資設立豪美研究院，有助於提升公司在新材料前沿技術的研發與儲備,有利於提升公司的創新能力和水平，促進科研成果的產業化，為公司汽車輕量化、高端工業材等業務突破提供技術保障，提高公司的綜合競爭力。
