外電報道,谷歌宣佈計劃在未來五年內,於非洲投資10億美元,以確保非洲獲得快速、廉價的互聯網,並將支持初創公司發展,協助非洲數字化轉型。
谷歌並宣佈成立一個非洲投資基金,將通過該基金向初創公司投資5,000萬美元。谷歌非洲董事總經理Nitin Gajria表示,該投資基金將瞄準專注於金融科技、電子商務和本地語言內容的初創公司。
