朱克伯格反駁Facebook爲牟利向用戶推送憤恨內容指控不合邏輯
社交平臺臉書(Facebook)(FB.US)創辦人兼行政總裁朱克伯格在網上帖文,反駁有關公司置盈利高於用戶安全的指摘。
《華爾街日報》早前引述臉書前產品經理Frances Haugen提供的內部研究文件,報道臉書服務的多項問題,並指公司知道問題但選擇無視,包括臉書知道圖像及影片分享平臺Instagram對年輕人精神健康有害。Haugen其後在國會作證,促國會介入阻止臉書繼續傷害民衆。
朱克伯格在帖文中強調不少指控不合常理,又指有關公司故意向用戶推送令人憤恨內容以牟利的指控,爲完全不合邏輯。他亦促請國家更新互聯網規管,限制青少年使用互聯網服務的年齡,指導科技公司如何判斷使用者年歲,以及在兒童私隱及家長監察之間作出平衡。
