黑田東彥:日本企業未面臨工資大幅上升壓力
日本央行行長黑田東彥表示,日本企業未有迫切需要進行加薪,因工人在疫情爆發期間保留職位,因此無須像美國企業般迅速填補職位空缺。
他解釋,美國經濟重新開放帶動需求急增,同時美國公司爲應對疫情而裁員,令近期當地出現嚴重的供應鏈樽頸及勞動力短缺,因此相比之下日本供應未受到嚴重的限制,日企亦不急於提高工資及加價。
黑田東彥又表示,在出口及製造業的帶動下,日本經濟有所回升,若然能夠實行疫苗接種證書,經濟復甦趨勢很可能會變得更加明顯。
