港股基建股集體走強 施政報吿提未來香港將興建33萬套公屋
格隆匯10月6日丨港股基建股午後集體走強,其中,中國建築國際一度漲近12%創逾3年新高,中國交通建設漲超5%,中國鐵建漲4%。香港行政長官林鄭月娥宣佈任內最後一份《施政報吿》,她表示政府已覓得約350公頃土地,可興建約33萬個公營房屋單位,比去年公佈的數字略高,足以滿足該十年期預計的30.1萬個公營房屋單位的需求。
