《大行報告》大和維持對內房股中性看法 看好龍湖(00960.HK)及潤地(01109.HK)
大和研究發表報告指,該行數據顯示內房9月合約銷售額按年下跌29%,部分內地房企或未能達到全年銷售目標,對內房股保持中性看法,不過看好具防守性和財政穩健的房企,該行首選龍湖(00960.HK)及華潤置地(01109.HK),對兩股持「買入」評級,目標價分別爲55.9元和44元。
大和表示,銷售進度較目標慢的房企需要加倍努力,包括恆大(03333.HK)、金科股份(000656.SZ)、富力地產(02777.HK)、中南建設(000961.SZ)和時代中國(01233.HK)。該行說,雖然內房股估值吸引,但除非恆大流動性問題得以解決,或政府鬆綁房地產信貸,否則內房股只會保持區間波動。
