益美國際控股(01870.HK)預期年度就觀塘外牆建築項目錄得虧損
格隆匯10月4日丨益美國際控股(01870.HK)公吿，有關(其中包括)觀塘外牆建築項目("該項目")的最新情況。董事會謹此向其股東及潛在投資者提供有關該項目的進一步更新資料。 針對該項目方面，由於該項目第三期建築計劃出現重大修改及延期並涉及若干變更工程指令，集團須與承建商洽商相關變更工程指令的金額。
過去數月，集團繼續與承建商及物業發展商洽商該項目的施工計劃及第三期項目變更工程指令的合約金額。考慮到建築材料成本及外判成本上漲，加上項目進度延誤招致其他額外成本，集團無法同意承建商提出的合約金額。因此，集團未能就變更工程指令的合約金額與承建商達成共識，並將有關決定知會承建商。於2021年9月30日，集團接獲物業發展商發出的通知，當中表示該項目第三期所涉及工程將外判予另一分包商。
該項目(項目代號：F-47)的獲授合約金額為1.97億港元。集團預計該項目的獲授合約金額(不計及變更工程指令)將減少約9800萬港元，而根據相關會計準則計算該項目預期產生的整體虧損約為3400萬港元，當中計及建築材料成本及分包費升幅、因施工延誤而招致的額外成本以及先前就第三期工程產生的建築成本。
基於上述原因，集團預期於截至2021年12月31日止年度就該項目錄得虧損約4800萬港元，相對中期報吿所披露截至2021年6月30日止6個月則產生虧損約33百萬港元，主要由於集團就承接該項目第三期建築項目前期工作產生的設計及模具成本、分包費、材料成本及其他開支，以及第一期及第二期若干缺陷維修工程。
目前，集團仍在與物業發展商及承建商洽商該項目第一期及第二期變更工程指令的金額，一經確認，將為集團帶來額外收益。上述估計虧損並未計及任何與該項目變更工程指令、申索及合約調整相關的其他潛在收益。由於涉及該項目的洽商工作仍在進行中，上述估計有待落實，並可能於與對手方進一步商討後更改。本公司將繼續密切監測該項目的發展，並於獲悉任何相關重大進展時另行刊發公吿。
