中國投資開發(00204.HK)與中置盛京養老產業簽訂戰略合作意向書
格隆匯9月30日丨中國投資開發(00204.HK)公吿，公司近日與中置盛京養老產業股份有限公司簽訂戰略合作意向書。盡公司所知，中置盛京是一家中國註冊的股份有限公司，主營醫療技術開發、醫養專案開發與管理、老年醫學研究與開發、健康管理服務、醫療器械的批發和零售、康養旅養專案開發與管理、農業專案研發、電腦技術諮詢服務、網路科技、網路技術、電子商務技術開發、房地產開發。
中置盛京養老產業成立於2015年，建立起集醫療、養老、護理、康復、休閒於一體，能夠滿足高齡、失能、空巢、患病老人多重生活及醫療需求的大型現代化多功能總建築面積100萬平的“醫養結合”體系，佔地面積700餘畝。旗下擁有遼寧中置盛京老年病醫院（三級綜合醫院）、中置盛京醫療健康科技園、中置頤養老年公寓、棋盤山秀湖老年公寓。
遼寧中置盛京老年病醫院4年來共接待患者30餘萬人次，平均年齡76歲，營業額總計12億人民幣。被中國老年醫學學會正式授予了“醫養結合示範基地”的殊榮，是全國首家醫養結合“院中院”示範基地、中國老年醫學學會副會長單位、遼寧省醫養結合新模式示範基地和遼寧省老年服務協會常務副會長單位、被國家衞健委、全國老齡辦授予全國“敬老文明號”、全國首家醫養結合標準化技術委員會祕書處和瀋陽市醫養結合標準化技術委員會。醫院以專業的老年病專家團隊、前沿的老年健康診療技術與管理和愉悦個體化的治療體驗，為尋求高品質老年病治療的患者提供合適的診療方案。醫院承接了科技部的國家級科研項目“醫養結合解決方案硏究”子課題，且為聯合國全球市場指定供應商單位。
中置頤養老年公寓是東北首家醫養結合模式的老年公寓，在老年健康管理、老年病診治、緊急救助、醫護服務、治療、護理、康復上具有得天獨厚的優勢，公寓被瀋陽市政府評定為“五星級”養老機構，2018年、2019年、2020年三度獲“中國醫養結合十大品牌”。真正讓老年人實現“老有所養、老有所醫”的健康養老需求。
公司認為，意向書擬進行的戰略合作符合集團的業務發展策略及計劃，董事會認為，本次與中置盛京養老產業的戰略合作，可為集團帶來新的利潤增長點。董事會認為此舉符合本公司及股東的整體利益。
