廣信材料(300537.SZ)：子公司在龍南成功競拍取得相關工業用地
格隆匯9月30日丨廣信材料(300537.SZ)公佈，近日，子公司江西廣臻與龍南市自然資源局簽訂《國有建設用地使用權出讓合同》，並收到《國有建設用地使用權成交確認書》和《國有建設用地交地確認書》，江西廣臻通過競拍取得了位於龍南市富康工業園西南片區標準地廣臻東側地塊(宗地編號：DBH2021040 號，出讓宗地面積4856.98平方米)國有建設用地使用權。
出讓年限：50年；用途：工業用地；出讓價款：人民幣43.23萬元；付款方式：分兩期付款，即2021年10月29日前支付21.615萬元，2022年9月29日前支付剩餘款項21.615萬元；建設週期：2年。
公司主營業務PCB 感光油墨、UV 固化塗料等光固化領域電子材料，主要下遊客户集中在華南、華東區域。目前公司主要 PCB 感光油墨生產基地位於江蘇無錫，UV 塗料主要生產基地位於湖南長沙。公司根據市場情況和未來發展環境，依託龍南區位優勢規劃華南生產基地，未來作為公司PCB 油墨、UV 塗料、光刻膠及配套材料等多個事業板塊的華南主要生產基地。
龍南經濟技術開發區化工集中區是離粵港澳大灣區最近的化工區，龍南經濟技術開發區也是作為江西珠三角、長三角 PCB 產業等電子產業梯度轉移前沿陣地的國家級開發區，形成了從覆銅板、線路板(PCB)、液晶顯示模塊（LCM）等電子元器件生產到智能手機、智能音頻、智能穿戴等智能終端產品上下游產業鏈條。
此次在龍南成功競拍取得土地使用權 4856.98 平方米，為前次競拍土地98017.75 平方米之後續補充，目前江西龍南項目兩次競拍取得土地使用權面積共計102874.73 平方米。此次競拍取得土地有利於更好地利用地塊科學長遠佈局公司相關產能規劃，加快公司華南基地的建設，進一步貼近服務廣東、江西、福建下游市場，前瞻性做好產能儲備支撐未來穩健運營和快速發展，對公司未來穩定長遠發展具有積極意義和推動作用。
