《大行報告》花旗降易居(02048.HK)評級至「中性」 劈目標價至1.27元
花旗發表報告指,由於內地房地產政策持續緊縮,及公司的單一最大客戶中國恆大(03333.HK)的應收賬款風險增加,易居(02048.HK)盈利前景更具挑戰性,該行將其目標價由13.65元大幅削減至1.27元。該行預料,易居今年轉蝕27億元人民幣(下同),之前的盈利預測為13億元。至於2022年和2023年盈利預測就分別下調70%和71%。
該行指,從長遠來看,公司在大數據、網絡營銷以及與阿里巴巴(09988.HK)在流量方面的合作等努力,可能會隨著時間的推移成為數字化房地產平台的優勢。 此外,股價自5月底大幅下跌後,現時估值似乎不高,因此將評級由「買入」下調至「中性」,而非下降至「沽售」。
