紫晶存儲(688086.SH)：受限電影響 公司100G/200G光存儲介質產線量產會延後
格隆匯9月29日丨紫晶存儲(688086.SH)公佈，公司於近期收到梅州市發展和改革局、梅州市工業和信息化局、廣東電網有限責任公司梅州供電局下發的《梅州市有序用電情況吿知書》，為最大限度降低有序用電對梅州市經濟社會、生產生活的影響，在確保電網安全的前提下，按照“保居民、保民生、保重點”兼顧公平的原則，梅州市出台《2021年梅州市有序用電優化方案》，積極應對當前出現的電力供應緊張的嚴峻局面，要求企業務必密切配合，按照錯峯要求，安排好生產生活，積極應對，共度難關。公司將根據當地政府有序用電的相關通知積極配合限電舉措積極配合限電舉措。
當前限電情況僅影響公司梅州工廠，對公司其他區域子公司不產生影響，公司日常經營和各方面銷售工作正常開展。目前公司梅州工廠尚未完全限制用電，現有用電量安排可以滿足公司日常辦公活動、光存儲設備的生產、研發及設備的日常維護保養等非高能耗生產活動的需要。目前限電主要對公司梅州工廠的光存儲介質產線產生影響，上述產線目前處於待產狀態，公司和供應商均有庫存，可滿足公司客户在一定時間內的需求。
公司100G/200G光存儲介質產線計劃於9月底進行投產，按照目前的產能，100G光存儲介質產線的產能約為10萬片/月；200G光存儲介質產線的產能約為6萬片/月。
因梅州市有序用電政策安排的影響，公司100G/200G光存儲介質產線量產會延後，公司將通過外購滿足需求。基於上述100G/200G光存儲介質產線產能測算，並假設全部實現銷售，公司需外購100G/200G光存儲介質，預計影響公司100G光存儲介質產品税前利潤約為132萬元/月左右、預計影響200G光存儲介質產品税前利潤約為191萬元/月左右，合計對公司税前淨利潤影響約323萬元/月左右。
公司100G/200G光存儲介質產線產品的良率可以通過產線的正常生產過程不斷得到調整提升，如後續100G/200G光存儲介質產線未能如期投產，將影響其良率提升，對公司實現光存儲介質自產的戰略目標產生一定影響。
