中儲股份(600787.SH):擬註冊發行不超50億元超短期融資券
格隆匯9月29日丨中儲股份(600787.SH)公佈,為進一步拓展公司融資渠道,優化融資結構,降低財務成本,根據中國人民銀行《銀行間債券市場非金融企業債務融資工具管理辦法》、《非金融企業債務融資工具註冊發行規則》等有關規定,公司決定向中國銀行間市場交易商協會申請註冊發行超短期融資券。
註冊額度不超過人民幣50億元;發行期限在本次超短期融資券註冊額度有效期內,根據市場情況、利率變化及公司自身資金需求擇機一次或分次、部分或全部發行,每期發行期限不超過 270天(含270天)。
