東方雨虹(002271.SZ)：擬投資12億元建合肥綠色建材生產基地項目
格隆匯9月29日丨東方雨虹(002271.SZ)公佈，2021年9月29日，公司(“乙方”)與安徽省合肥市肥西縣人民政府(“甲方”)簽訂《項目投資協議書》，協議約定公司擬投資12億元在安徽省合肥市肥西縣投資建設東方雨虹合肥綠色建材生產基地項目。該項目按照“整體規劃、分期供地、分期摘牌、分期實施”的方式建設。一期項目總投資約12億元，建設內容為瀝青防水卷材、高分子防水卷材、特種砂漿三種產品研發生產基地項目，建設週期為：一期項目用地自本協議簽訂之日起6個月內掛牌，自取得施工許可證之日起3個月內開工建設，開工之日起24個月內投產，投產後3年內達產；二期建設內容另行協商。
建設內容：一期建設瀝青防水卷材、高分子防水卷材、特種砂漿三種產品研發生產基地項目；二期建設內容另行協商。
肥西縣位於安徽中部、合肥西南、巢湖之濱，為合肥市管轄縣，基礎設施良好，通訊設施先進，電力充沛、交通便捷，公路、水路、鐵路及機場構成了完善的立體交通網絡，具有優越的區位條件和良好的生態環境，投資環境優良。公司此次在肥西縣投資建設東方雨虹合肥綠色建材生產基地項目，旨在充分利用肥西縣在交通區位條件、自然資源豐富、生態宜居環境、產業政策支持等方面的綜合優勢，立足公司建築建材系統服務商的核心定位，踐行綠色建築、綠色建材、節能建築等國家戰略，不斷豐富綠色建材產品品類，提升產品品質，實現產品結構的優化升級，探索並培育新材料領域創新驅動發展新引擎，滿足公司的戰略發展規劃及因產品應用領域不斷擴大而帶來的市場需求。按照協議約定，肥西縣人民政府積極支持配合公司相關項目申報省重點項目，積極支持公司產品列入省、市、縣三級政府採購名錄，在政府工程及市政工程中優先使用；積極協助公司開展新型建築材料的推廣應用，此舉將對公司的業務發展起到一定的促進作用和積極影響。此外，華東地區是公司重要的產品銷售市場之一，希望通過此次投資進一步擴大公司在華東地區的供貨能力，促進產能分佈的持續優化，以期進一步滿足華東地區的市場需求，為公司未來持續穩定發展奠定堅實的基礎，符合公司全體股東的利益。
