文化長城(300089.SZ)：可能被實施其他風險警示
格隆匯9月28日丨文化長城(300089.SZ)公佈，根據中國證監會廣東監管局出具的《行政處罰決定書》【2021】12 號的相關內容，公司累計向原實際控制人蔡廷祥等關聯方提供非經營性資金約45383萬元，目前公司及董事會已經敦促蔡廷祥採取有效措施解決資金佔用問題。
根據《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》9.4上市公司出現下列情形之一的，本所對其股票交易實施其他風險警示：(五)公司向控股股東或者其關聯人提供資金違反規定程序對外擔）公司向控股股東或者其關聯人提供資金違反規定程序對外擔保且情形嚴重的；
9.5本規則第9.4條第五項所述“向控股股東或者其關聯人提供資金或者違反規定程序對外提供擔保且情形嚴重”，是指上市公司存在下列情形之一且無可行的解決方案或者雖提出解決方案但預計無法在一個月內解決的：
(一)上市公司向控股股東或者其關聯人提供資金的餘額在1000萬元以上，或者占上市公司最近一期經審計淨資產的5%以上；
(二)上市公司違反規定程序對外提供擔保的餘額(擔保對象為上市公司合併報表範圍內子公司的除外)在1000萬元以上，或者占上市公司最近一期經審計淨資產的5%以上。 公司無控股股東、實際控制人的，其向第一大股東或者其關聯人提供資金，按照本章規定執行。
蔡廷祥、吳淡珠、孫光亮構成一致行動人關係，如若上述資金未在2021年10月2日前歸還，公司股票交易將被交易所實施其他風險警示。由於2021年10月2日是非交易日，公司將順延至下一交易日暨2021年10月8日披露《關於公司股票交易被實施其他風險警示暨公司股票停牌的提示性公吿》(10月8日交易時段可正常交易)，公司於下一交易日(2021年10月11日)起停牌一天，自復牌之日(2021年10月12日)起，交易所將對公司股票交易實施其他風險警示。
