浙數文化(600633.SH)：擬共同投設數字安全產業創業投資基金
格隆匯9月28日丨浙數文化(600633.SH)公佈，公司於2021年9月28日與控股子公司東方星空創業投資有限公司(“東方星空”)及杭州星路投資管理有限公司(“星路投資”)在杭州籤署《浙數文化數字安全產業創業投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)合夥協議》，共同投資設立“浙數文化數字安全產業創業投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)”(暫定名，以工商登記核准為準，“合夥企業”、“基金”)，基金主要對在中國境內外設立或運營的數字安全領域內具備發展潛力的優質企業進行股權或與股權相關的投資。
基金目標認繳金額出資總額不低於10億元，首期目標認繳出資規模5億元，其中公司作為基金有限合夥人，以自有資金認繳出資2.95億元，佔基金首期目標認繳出資規模的59%，星路投資以自有資金認繳出資0.05億元，佔基金首期目標認繳出資規模的1%，東方星空以自有資金認繳出資1億元，佔基金首期目標認繳出資規模的20%。
同時，公司與拱墅產業基金於2021年9月28日在杭州簽署了《投資意向書》，拱墅產業基金將作為基金有限合夥人擬認繳出資1億元，佔基金首期目標認繳出資規模的20%。
為貫徹落實中央關於“加快數字化發展，建設數字中國”的重要部署，浙江全面開啟數字化改革新徵程，加快推進數字浙江建設目標，努力成為“重要窗口”的重大標誌性成果。隨着數字化改革不斷深入，網絡空間安全風險加速滲透，築牢數字安全屏障已逐漸成為數字浙江乃至數字中國建設的“剛需”。
