巨星科技(002444.SZ)：第三季度預盈4億元-4.76億元 同比變動-13.72%至2.83%
格隆匯9月28日丨巨星科技(002444.SZ)披露2021年前三季度業績預吿，預計2021年1-9月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤11.28億元-12.04億元，同比增長3.00%至10.00%；預計2021年7-9月實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4.00億元-4.76億元，同比變動-13.72%至2.83%。業績變動原因説明：
1、2020年前三季度，公司實現口罩等個人防護用品銷售收入10.52億元，2021年前三季度(簡稱“報吿期”)同品類收入不足2000萬元。
2、報吿期內，北美市場仍然維持較高的景氣度，歐洲和全球其他區域市場不同程度的進入復甦狀態，使得公司訂單持續快速增長，產能短期處於供不應求的狀態，報吿期內公司主營業務收入克服諸多不利因素的基礎上繼續保持了較快增長。
3、報吿期內，公司主要原材料價格持續上漲，疊加行業產能緊張，公司為確保穩定供貨和供應商的長期合作關係，給供應商進行了普遍漲價，使得公司的採購成本同比上漲；同時，公司的產品也對客户和終端進行了不同程度的漲價，但是由於訂單的價格傳導需要一定的週期，造成報吿期內的毛利率同比有所下降。
4、報吿期內，特別是二三季度，國際物流成本同比增長數倍，公司大部分訂單採用FOB(貿易術語)結算，運費由客户承擔，但是部分自有品牌產品和跨境電商產品的運費由公司承擔。報吿期內，公司國際運費同比增長了數千萬美元，儘管公司對終端產品採取了漲價措施，但仍然不可避免的影響了利潤。
5、2021年第三季度國際物流和美國本土港口運力嚴重短缺，公司數千萬美元的貨物滯留倉庫或港口，嚴重影響了第三季度的收入確認。
6、報吿期內東南亞疫情反覆爆發，波及多個國家，公司目前在東南亞越南、泰國、柬埔寨三國的生產基地依然運行，但受制於疫情產能無法正常釋放，公司及時將訂單交付從東南亞轉移到國內，確保了訂單及時交付。
7、公司在報吿期內完成收購的Geelong Holdings Limited和Joh. Friedrich Behrens AG的相關資產在三季度處於虧損狀態，影響了公司三季度的利潤。
