交通銀行香港分行作爲金管局指定的13家債券「南向通」做市商之一,該行指在開通首兩日與16間內地銀行達成26筆現券交易,涉及人民幣、 港幣和美元等多個幣種,總金額超過11億元港等值。
當中,債券品種包括9月23日財政部新發三筆離岸國債、央票、香港政府債、政策性金融債和中資美元債等。
另外,交通銀行香港分行和洛陽銀行於9月24日達成了「南向通」市場的首單交易。
