豐盛生活服務(00331.HK)年度純利升42.4%至5.87億港元 末期息16.1港仙
格隆匯9月27日丨豐盛生活服務(00331.HK)公佈截至2021年6月30日止年度全年業績,期內集團實現收入64.53億港元,同比增長14.1%;毛利11.35億港元,同比增長20.4%;公司股東應占溢利5.87億港元,同比增長42.4%;每股基本盈利1.29港元,宣派末期股息每股16.1港仙。
公吿稱,利潤提升乃主要由於(i)獲得設施/物業管理的新合約以及新冠病毒爆發後所帶來的臨時清潔及消毒項目增加;及(ii)取得香港特區政府保就業計劃項下的補助,惟被下列因素所抵銷:(i)集團於該年度出售洗衣業務所確認的虧損;(ii)員工成本增加;及(iii)集團的機電工程服務分部毛利的減少,主要由於該年度未有再次錄得如上一年度就完成香港及澳門機電安裝項目所錄得的額外收入所致。
