交通部迴應集裝箱「一箱難求」:產能升至歷史最高 短缺已基本緩解
據《北京商報》近日報道,從上海向洛杉磯運送一個40英尺標準集裝箱的運費已達到10,377美元,約合近67,000元人民幣,比去年同期上漲329%。外貿形勢的持續向好推動國際集裝箱運輸需求大幅度增長,但海外疫情的反覆卻讓港口週轉效率大打折扣,船期的延遲傳導至末端,一度造成航運價格暴漲,令國際集裝箱呈「一箱難求」的局面。
爲解決集裝箱緊缺的情況,國家交通運輸部同商務部、工信部等部委採取積極措施,包括配合工信部協調內地造箱企業加大生產力度、協調班輪公司加快空箱回運等。國家交通運輸部新聞發言人、政策研究室負責人孫文劍近日表示,目前集裝箱月產能已經由以往的20萬標箱提升至歷史最高50萬標箱。
孫文劍稱,隨着中國新造箱產能釋放,空箱週轉加快,據主要的班輪公司反映,空箱短缺情況目前已經基本得到緩解,指內地主要集裝箱生產企業新箱庫存已經超過40萬標箱,新箱供給有充足保障。目前只有個別班輪企業因爲船期延誤、天氣、疫情防控等影響,在個別港口可能出現臨時性的少量空箱短缺。
