盛業資本(06069.HK)擬配售淨籌5.51億港元 由無錫市政府及淡馬錫認購
格隆匯9月26日丨盛業資本(06069.HK)公佈，2021年9月24日，公司擬通過配售代理按每股8.8港元發行6306.8萬股配售股份，由錫通國際(香港)控股有限公司(“錫通國際”)、Pavilion Capital Fund Holdings Pte. Ltd.(“蘭亭投資”)認購，其中，錫通國際擬認購6136.35萬股配售股份，相當於公吿日期已發行股份總數的6.53%；蘭亭投資認購170.45萬股配售股份，相當於公吿日期已發行股份總數的0.18%。
值得注意的是，錫通國際為於香港註冊成立的公司及為無錫市人民政府的間接全資擁有實體。蘭亭投資為於新加坡共和國註冊成立的公司，及為淡馬錫控股(私人)有限公司的全資附屬公司，其專注於亞洲的私募股權及風險資本投資。
集團是一家領先的供應鏈金融科技及產業物聯網平台。透過其“雙驅動+ 大平台”戰略，集團利用產業科技及數字金融打造綜合供應鏈金融生態圈。集團利用大數據分析智能匹配資產與資本，為企業及金融機構提供一站式SaaS及金融科技解決方案，同時有效解決供應鏈生態圈內中小企業的融資需求和痛點。
董事會認為，配售事項乃籌集資金及擴大其股東及資本基礎的良機，同時亦可加快集團於供應鏈領域的擴張，並使集團能夠在無錫市政府支持下把握產業科技領域的新增長機會。作為中國物聯網之都的無錫市以其產業科技創新而聞名全球，當地目前有多家物聯網(“IoT”)公 司。集團早前亦與無錫經濟開發區建立戰略性合作，以促進物聯網、產業科技發展、技術研究及開發。集團將繼續提供定製化供應鏈數字化企業服務(“SaaS”)及金融科技解決方案，以更有效服務更多中小企業。長遠而言，集團旨在建立一個綜合供應鏈金融科技及產業物聯網生態系統，以推動可持續及有利其所有持份者的增長。
假設配售股份獲悉數配售，配售事項所得款項淨額總額約5.51億港元將用於：(i)約275.4百萬港元用於在有機會時戰略性收購及╱或投資於產業科技及數字金融領域的業務，以加強集團於供應鏈服務行業的市場份額並加快其科技轉型；(ii)約165.2百萬港元用於擴張及發展集團的供應鏈科技服務業務，包括(但不限於)智慧工地及醫院供應鏈運營管理綜合服務(“SPD”)；及(iii)餘下所得款項約110.2百萬港元將用作集團平台化發展的一般營運資金。
