世紀華通(002602.SZ)：與衞士通簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯9月26日丨世紀華通(002602.SZ)公佈，公司與成都衞士通信息產業股份有限公司(“衞士通”)為維護和拓展雙方良好的合作關係，促進雙方的共同發展和長遠合作，雙方本着自願、平等、互利的原則，經充分協商，在2021年9月26日在成都簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，作為雙方具體合作的指引。
雙方將以大數據時代背景下的數據安全需求為契機，本着優勢互補、共同發展的原則，在互聯網遊戲和超算中心(領域/行業)展開全面、深入的合作，優化整合各自資源，打造共贏、可持續的戰略合作伙伴關係。
1、遊戲數據領域
雙方聯合推動遊戲業務場景中的個人信息保護以及未成年人遊戲監管政策落地，為遊戲行業打造更全面可信的安全解決方案，保障遊戲主站及支付安全，提升遊戲數據隱私和安全保護能力；聯合在雲遊戲、人工智能安全方向上，開展總體研究、技術預研、安全應用開發、雲遊戲安全綜合解決方案提供等工作，並在未來為市場行業客户拓展方面進行合作。
2、IDC超算中心領域
基於世紀華通旗下各地大型超算中心，共同研究基於雲和大數據架構下的安全運營能力，為客户提供可持續的安全風險態勢感知及自適應防護能力；共同打造雲安全解決方案，為政府、國企等重要信息系統上雲提供密碼和安全防護能力；合作建立超算中心數據安全框架，幫助企業實現發現、分類、監視、儲存、加密或銷燬能力，為政府、企業的重要數據提供第三方安全存儲服務。
該協議的簽署不會對公司2021年度的經營業績構成重大影響，但協議的具體落地實施有助於公司在遊戲數據領域以及IDC產業佈局上更進一步，有助於為遊戲數據和超算中心提供安全可靠的產品、服務和技術，提升數據安全，降低安全運營成本，提升專業化、智能化能力，促進公司在雲遊戲、人工智能、數據中心等領域的長遠發展，整體提升公司在遊戲領域和超算中心市場競爭力。
