李小加:小微企業依靠互聯網金融獲發展資金
內地媒體報道,前港交所(00388.HK)行政總裁李小加表示,內地銀行信貸在解決小微企業流動資金頗有成效,但在解決發展資金上較爲困難。傳統資本市場的結構是由具相當規模的企業設置,互聯網時代則爲小微企業帶來新時代,小微企業的出路最終還是在互聯網金融上。
他指出,可以試着通過收入分成的方式,實現類股權投資,把傳統股權的分紅權設定成小微企業每天支付網關上的收入分成,以作小微分散式投資。
