新疆國資公司自2019年7月5日(含)至2021年9月24日(含)期間通過上海證券交易所集中競價交易累計減持公司股份799.827萬股,佔公司總股本的比例為5.00%。本次權益變動後,新疆國資公司持有公司股份1600.085萬股,佔公司總股本的比例為10.00%。
