格隆匯9月24日丨JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)公佈年度業績,截至2021年6月30日止12個月,實現收益1.41億林吉特,同比增長12.35%;公司擁有人應占年度虧損941.6萬林吉特,上年同期公司擁有人應占期內溢利215.8萬林吉特;每股基本及攤薄虧損1.88仙。
收益增加乃主要由於2020年六月取得的一份新加坡合約所產生運砂量增加;但部分被(i)自若干主要合約(其佔截至2020年6月30日止年度收益之大部分)完工後,海上建築服務以及樓宇及基礎設施服務工作量有所減少;及(ii)由於COVID-19疫情持續及馬來西亞政府實施有條件的限制行動令,集團進行中合約暫停、計劃中的建築工程被延遲及過往期間取得的新合約被進一步延遲動工抵銷。
