延華智能(002178.SZ)：現公開徵尋戰略合作伙伴 共同出資發展智慧醫療與大健康業務
格隆匯9月24日丨延華智能(002178.SZ)公佈，公司以醫院信息化系統為基礎，以雲計算、大數據、物聯網、人工智能、機器人五大技術為手段，搭建智慧醫院、智慧區域、智慧康養三層次健康大數據平台，發展智慧醫療與大健康業務。
公司旗下主要子公司成都成電醫星數字健康軟件有限公司(“成電醫星”)及成都延華西部健康醫療信息產業研究院有限公司(“延華醫療研究院”)系公司在智慧醫療與大健康業務方面的核心組成，是智慧醫療領域從事諮詢、規劃、設計、研發、集成、建設、運維與運營的一體化專業服務機構，在醫療雲、健康大數據、互聯網醫療等技術研發層面已取得巨大進展。
隨着子公司業務的不斷優化及產品的研發升級，需進一步加大資金投入，促進業務更好的發展，經公司第五屆董事會第二十二次(臨時)會議審議同意，公司現公開徵尋戰略合作夥伴，共同出資發展智慧醫療與大健康業務。公開徵尋戰略合作夥伴時間為2021年9月25日至2021年10月11日。
公司公開徵尋戰略合作夥伴，籌集資金1.2億元-2億元，共同發展智慧醫療與大健康業務。合作方式包括但不限於戰略合作夥伴對成電醫星及延華醫療研究院進行增資或收購部分股權成為其主要股東，具體標的的評估價值以專業的審計評估作價為依據。戰略合作夥伴的投入資金將主要用於醫療雲研發、醫療生態運營等項目。
醫療雲研發項目簡介：圍繞健康大數據管理和應用，打造醫院信息化系統、智慧醫院信息平台、智慧區域平台、智慧康養平台、醫療衞生大數據平台，不斷拓展技術中台、業務中台和數據中台等服務能力，優化雲HIS、信息集成平台、互聯網醫院、醫共體平台等核心業務，創建基於醫療大數據的運營決策分析、合理用藥、智能輔助診斷等特色應用，以智慧醫療的理念、產品和服務，更好的為政府、醫療機構及居民服務。
醫療生態運營項目簡介：以醫療雲為基礎，整合區域和細分垂直領域行業合作夥伴，構建智慧醫療生態圈，圍繞“數據共享、業務互通、利益共享”的建設理念，開拓跨醫療、醫保、醫藥、健康養護等跨業務及跨區域的服務模式創新，打造智慧醫療生態圈運營平台。面向衞建委，醫保局，為基層醫療監管提供抓手；面向居民，為居家養老和健康管理提供支撐；使居民對醫療、健康服務的全面性、便利性、可及性、均衡性等觸手可及。
