格隆匯9月24日丨深高速(600548.SH)發佈股票交易異常波動公吿，公司主要從事收費公路業務及大環保業務的投資、建設及經營管理。目前，大環保業務領域主要包括固廢資源化管理及清潔能源，其中，現階段固廢資源化管理主要為有機垃圾處理業務，清潔能源業務主要包括合計總裝機容量約546.5MW的風力發電項目和風機設備製造、銷售及運維業務。2021年上半年，公司實現營業收入約42.11億元，其中，收費公路業務營業收入約27.82億元，約佔公司總收入66.06%；清潔能源業務營業收入約3.47億元，約佔公司總收入8.23%；固廢資源化管理營業收入約3億元，約佔公司總收入7.14%，有關詳情請查閲公司2021年半年度報吿。經公司自查，公司未發現日常經營情況及外部環境發生或預計將要發生重大變化的情形，不存在應披露而未披露、對公司股票價格產生重大影響的事項。
公司通過全資子公司美華實業(香港)有限公司收購深圳投控國際資本控股基建有限公司100%權益以間接持有深圳投控灣區發展有限公司(聯交所上市公司，股份代碼00737)約 71.83%股份的交易正在進行中，有關詳情請查閲公司日期為2021年8月10日的公吿，該項交易尚須分別提交公司及公司控股股東深圳國際控股有限公司(聯交所上市公司，股份代碼00152)的股東大會審議，該項交易最終是否達成尚存在不確定性。除該項交易外，經公司自查，並向公司控股股東深圳國際控股有限公司徵詢，公司及深圳國際控股有限公司不存在應披露而未披露、對公司股票價格產生重大影響的事項，包括但不限於重大資產重組、股份發行、重大收購、債務重組、業務重組、資產剝離、資產注入、股份回購、股權激勵、破產重整、重大業務合作、引進戰略投資者等重大事項。
