土瓜灣新柳街與高山道物業以底價1.36億元售出
第一太平戴維斯根據強制售賣令,今日以底價1.36億元售出,土瓜灣新柳街2A及2B號與高山道26號物業(九龍內地段4307號L分段之餘段),買家爲TKS Limited。
該物業地盤面積約爲1,910平方尺,座落於九龍紅磡高山道東南面,位於新柳街及高山街之交界。該物業現爲一幢於1958年落成的6層高住宅樓宇,地下爲商鋪,設有一條公共樓梯。
第一太平戴維斯估值及專業顧問服務董事總經理陳超國表示,今次拍賣的地盤鄰近早前通車的屯馬線土瓜灣站,發展潛力優厚,買家TKS是本港80後主理的新一代發展商,統一業權後將會與早前購入的相連地盤合並發展,可提供樓面面積3萬多平方尺,預料2023年可以推售。
