香港地產建設商會舉行閉門會議 料討論解決住屋短缺問題
《路透社》早前報道指,本港發展商獲告知,要運用資源及影響力維護國家利益,協助解決住屋短缺問題。香港地產建設商會今日(24日)下午舉行閉門會議,料討論相關事宜。
多個地產界代表到場,包括地建會會長、太古前大班簡基富,地建會執委會主席樑志堅、新鴻基地產(00016.HK)執行董事郭基輝、恆基地產(00012.HK)執行董事黃浩明、會德豐地產常務董事黃光耀、華懋集團執行董事兼行政總裁蔡宏興、麗新發展(00488.HK)高級副總裁林顥伊、信和置業(00083.HK)聯席董事田兆源、立法會地產及建造界議員石禮謙等。
