格隆匯9月24日丨恆鼎實業(1393.HK)跌6.56%,報0.57港元 ,總市值12億港元。恆鼎實業公佈,於6月底流動負債淨額約96.55億元,並仍有大量流動負債尚未償還,其中包括銀行借款約58.79億元、票據約12.69億元及票據及貿易應付款約8.26億元。該公司目前的現金水平並不足以立刻償還相關流動負債,持續經營亦存在不確定性,因此,必須通過債務重組方案,以新發行普通股股份抵償該公司部分債務及延期還款,以改善公司的財務情況及流動性。
