穆迪:芯片短缺造成銷售放緩 對汽車製造商有負面信用影響
評級機構穆迪表示,中國汽車工業協會數據顯示,8月份汽車銷量連續第四個月按年下滑,主要是由於芯片短缺所致,削弱汽車製造商滿足市場需求的能力,對企業具有負面信用影響,令未能達到銷售目標的風險上升。
穆迪預計今年全年中國汽車銷量可實現按年增長4%,但如果芯片短缺持續限制生產,則增長放緩風險將加大。
穆迪提到,2020年上半年汽車銷量嚴重下滑,導致芯片生產大幅削減,疫情期間許多國家實施居家隔離令,消費電子產品需求強勁,半導體製造商隨後將產能更多分配予消費電子產品,在芯片產銷大規模重新配置之後,全球汽車銷量在2020年下半年強勁反彈40%,銷量反彈超出預期,令汽車製造商面臨芯片嚴重短缺的挑戰。
