中國燃氣(00384.HK)與杭州市上城區人民政府訂立戰略合作協議
格隆匯9月23日丨中國燃氣(00384.HK)宣佈，於2021年9月22日，公司與浙江省杭州市上城區人民政府訂立戰略合作協議。
根據戰略合作協議，公司及杭州市上城區人民政府同意以下合作內容：
1.新零售電商
杭州市上城區人民政府充分發揮在資金、資源、經營、管理、技術、人才等方面的優勢，支持公司在杭州市上城區開展新零售電商的市場開發和經營活動，並提供有關服務及相關政策支持，包括國家投資產業導向信息、政策信息諮詢、税收與人才等政策支持，協助公司依法辦理涉及政府審批的有關事項，創造良好的經營環境。公司計劃在杭州市上城區成立壹品慧生活科技有限公司全國新零售電商運營總部，並推動電商項目落地；加強與上城區優勢資源互補，發揮自身市場影響力和品牌效應，促進地方經濟發展。
2.暖居工程
雙方共同推動轄區內居民住宅、商業及公共建築供暖設施的建設與改造，以及轄區範圍內老舊小區改造、未來社區與政府投資項目等涵蓋綜合能源供應的項目建設(包括暖居工程)。
3.光伏綠電
雙方共同推動分佈式光儲電站、建築光伏一體化等新能源項目建設和運營管理，重點利用城區現有工商業屋頂建設分佈式光伏儲能電站。
4.配售電及電力運維
雙方共同推動城區工商業用户的配售電業務，城區新增開發面積的增量配電網項目規劃、投資、建設和運營，為城區客户提供專業的電力運維，促進城區的綠電使用、節能減碳，積極推進企業用能成本的降低。
5.綠色交通
雙方共同推動城區充換電設施的統一規劃、分步投資實施，推進試點光儲充一體化樣板項目，聚焦城區停車場地資源的集約優化利用，推動綠色交通體系的構建，滿足交通出行發展的需求。公司將幫助地方政府兼顧經濟發展與雙碳目標，與集團型實體企業合作，積極促進不同地區間的產業轉移，以零碳園區、碳減排總包服務、液化天然氣自動駕駛路網等創新解決方案開展業務。
6.綜合能源利用建設項目
雙方從共同推動能源市場開發和產業升級角度出發，結合現有節電技術、能效管理技術、儲能及其他新能源技術，完成城區綜合能源利用規劃編制，滿足各園區和企業的不同需求，採用合同管理模式建設區域集中性多能供應，提升能源綜合效率。
集團認為訂立戰略合作協議將進一步深化並拓展雙方合作領域，在新零售電商、暖居工程、光伏綠電、配售電及電力運維、綠色交通、綜合能源利用建設等領域進行深度合作，實現優勢互補、互利共贏，共同推動區域經濟高質量發展，從而使集團取得更大的企業效益與社會效益，為股東創造更大的價值。
