交銀香港獨家協助財政部在港發行人民幣國債
交銀香港公布,獨家協助財政部在港發行2021年人民幣國債。公告指,中國財政部通過香港金管局債務工具中央結算系統(CMU)面向機構投資者在香港發行80億元人民幣國債,其中包括二年期50億元及五年期20億元人民幣國債的新發,以及2031年到期10億元人民幣國債的增發。二年期和五年期新發國債的中標利率分別為2.41厘及2.50厘,2031年到期增發國債的中標價格為112.87元,相對收益率為2.7%。
該行指,是本次人民幣國債認購總額245.57億元,超額認購2倍。截至2021年8月末,財政部在香港發行人民幣國債2,180億元,在倫敦發行人民幣國債30億元,在澳門發行人民幣國債20億元,餘額501億元。今年以來,香港人民幣存款規模穩步上升,考慮到存量人民幣國債有214億元到期,財政部今年計劃發行200億元人民幣國債,較往年增加了50億元。
