中國軟件國際(00354.HK)攜手國能信控緊跟國家"碳中和"戰略助力能源行業數字化轉型
格隆匯9月23日丨中國軟件國際(00354.HK)宣佈，公司與國能信控互聯技術有限公司(以下簡稱"國能信控")簽訂增資及股權轉讓協議，增資完成後，公司持有國能信控股權比例為12%。
同時，公司與國能信控簽署戰略合作協議。雙方將結合各自優勢資源和能力，在能源數字化轉型、新能源、綜合能源規劃等領域開展全面深入合作，致力於智慧能源行業生態建設，助力國家"碳達峯、碳中和"實現。
公司與國能信控在運用最新信息技術，推進能源行業數字化、網絡化、智能化發展上戰略一致、優勢互補，雙方將圍繞"產業鏈融合、技術聯合研發融合、團隊融合、科研成果轉化融合"形成緊密型戰略合作夥伴關係，在能源數字化轉型、智慧電廠、新能源、儲能、微網、電力輔助服務、綜合能源規劃、互聯網+移動辦公協調融合等領域開展全面深入合作。
公司將聚合業界先進的IT工具集、規模化軟件工廠理念和實踐，結合雲原生技術平台的研發工具鏈，攜手國能信控打造業內領先的軟件研發流程及質量管理體系，併發揮國能信控豐富的行業經驗和沉澱，結合公司IT服務以及數字化生態資源優勢，打造一體化智慧能源解決方案，在能源行業複製推廣，助力國家"碳達峯、碳中和"實現。
雙方還將在能源電力行業推廣國產操作系統發行版產品，推動能源電力行業與OpenHarmony生態的結合，努力構建自主可控、萬物互聯的能源互聯網生態。
此次公司牽手國能信控，是公司緊跟國家"碳中和"戰略，佈局綠色能源、數字能源、智慧能源領域的又一重大成果。公司將基於雲原生技術平台，通過軟件工廠模式複製新型軟件工程能力，打造行業標竿示範並快速複製，構建綠色先進的智慧能源生態。與此同時，此次合作有利公司進一步輸出數字化轉型諮詢和解決方案能力，打造能源行業IP，探索OpenHarmony生態應用路徑，不斷優化商業模式，為股東創造更大價值。
