正泰電器(601877.SH)：控股子公司就推進整縣屋頂分佈式光伏開發試點工作與多地相關政府部門簽署合作框架協議
格隆匯9月23日丨正泰電器(601877.SH)公佈，為加快實現“共同富裕”發展戰略、助力國家“雙碳”目標和全面推進“鄉村振興”，公司控股子公司浙江正泰安能電力系統工程有限公司(“正泰安能”)就推進整縣屋頂分佈式光伏開發試點工作與多地相關政府部門簽署了合作框架協議，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發，涉及簽約裝機容量合計約1556.7MW，具體簽署情況如下：
(一)正泰安能與河北省衡水市、邯鄲市、保定市、滄州市、邢台市及秦皇島市等6市的下屬32個鄉鎮(街道)人民政府簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發。在未來3年內，圍繞上述32個鄉鎮(街道)所在轄區內的分佈式光伏市場，集中整鎮、整村開發建設分佈式光伏電站，合計簽約裝機容量約 1116.70MW；
(二)正泰安能與山東省聊城市、菏澤市及棗莊市等3 市的下屬合計11個鄉鎮(街道)人民政府簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發。在未來3 年內，圍繞上述11個鄉鎮(街道)所在轄區內的分佈式光伏市場，集中整鎮、整村開發建設分佈式光伏電站，合計簽約裝機容量約227MW；
(三)正泰安能與河南省駐馬店市、漯河市、信陽市及鶴壁市等4 市的下屬7個鄉鎮(街道)人民政府簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發。在未來3年內，圍繞上述7個鄉鎮(街道)所在轄區內的分佈式光伏市場，集中整鎮、整村開發建設分佈式光伏電站，合計簽約裝機容量約131MW；
(四)正泰安能與安徽省宿州市及阜陽市的下屬4個鄉鎮人民政府簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發。在未來3 年內，圍繞上述4個鄉鎮所在轄區內的分佈式光伏市場，集中整鎮、整村開發建設分佈式光伏電站，合計簽約裝機容量約42MW；
(五)正泰安能與山西省太原市及晉中市的下屬5個鄉鎮人民政府簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發。在未來3 年內，圍繞上述5個鄉鎮所在轄區內的分佈式光伏市場，集中整鎮、整村開發建設分佈式光伏電站，合計簽約裝機容量約30MW；
(六)正泰安能與湖北省黃岡市蘄春縣下屬的1個鄉鎮人民政府簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發。在未來3年內，圍繞上述鄉鎮所在轄區內的分佈式光伏市場，集中整鎮、整村開發建設分佈式光伏電站，合計簽約裝機容量約10MW。
此次合作框架協議的簽署，有助於加快實現“共同富裕”戰略，符合國家“雙碳”目標和全面推進“鄉村振興”，是公司踐行國家能源局“千鄉萬村沐光行動”、整縣屋頂分佈式光伏開發試點工作的有益嘗試，將進一步發揮公司户用屋頂分佈式業務優勢，促進公司相關業務的推進實施，符合公司的長期發展戰略。
