港股異動 | 德林控股(1709.HK)漲逾7% 擬收購資產管理公司
格隆匯9月23日丨德林控股(1709.HK)漲逾7%,盤中一度漲約15%,現報2.59港元,總市值37億港元。德林控股宣佈,於2021年9月23日,公司與關連人士德林控股有限公司(“賣方”)及目標公司就可能收購事項訂立無法律約束力的諒解備忘錄。待有關目標公司的盡職審查結果獲信納之後,集團將會考慮與賣方就可能收購事項展開進一步磋商。目標公司的初步估值估計為不少於5億港元。於2021年9月21日,目標公司管理的資產合共約為12.74億美元。
