匯控祈耀年:恆大債務危機將對資本市場產生影響
匯控(00005.HK)行政總裁祈耀年表示,預計恆大(03333.HK)的債務問題將波及資本市場,但不會對集團帶來任何直接的影響。
祈耀年稱,恆大的情況令人擔憂,可能會產生第二波及第三波的影響,特別是在資本市場及債券市場。不過他強調雖然匯控非常專注於中國及香港的商業房地產市場,但通常只集中在一級城市、一級房地產及一級貸款方。
他續指,匯控已妥善管理好風險敝口,而半年業績中已概述在中港貸款減值損失,目前並不擔心中國商業房地產所帶來的風險,而最近數週亦未有發生任何事情會改變上述的看法。
