格隆匯9月22日丨三七互娛(002555.SZ)公佈，公司多年來十分注重企業的社會貢獻，與利益相關方建立了價值共商、共創、共享的良性互動關係，自上而下建立符合商業與社會可持續邏輯的治理體系、管理模式和業務模式。
為踐行企業發展使命，在高質量發展中促進共同富裕，三七互娛計劃在2025年之前進一步投入5億元人民幣，繼續參與科技創新計劃、鄉村教育振興計劃、鄉村產業幫扶計劃、產學研人才培養計劃、功能遊戲開發計劃、員工職業發展計劃等6大方向，促進公共利益最大化，與各利益相關方一同為人民美好生活創造共享價值、實現共同富裕。三七互娛相關框架方案包括以下內容：
一、科技創新計劃：公司將加大科技投入，設立或參與科技產業投資基金，參與推動社會科技創新，促進社會的可持續發展。
二、鄉村教育振興計劃：公司繼續深耕鄉村教育振興，通過設立獎助學金、能力建設支持、生涯規劃引導、社會實踐等機會和平台，為鄉村優秀高中生持續賦能。
三、鄉村產業幫扶計劃：公司擴大支持鄉村產業發展，通過農户產銷幫扶、農產品文創包裝等方式，提升農户獲得感和幸福感。
四、產學研人才培養計劃：公司將深化與國內重點高校的產學研合作關係，支持大學計算機前沿技術人才、基礎科學研究等精尖人才的培養。
五、功能遊戲開發計劃：公司將加大研發力度，進一步布局推動正向社會價值的功能遊戲，踐行社會主義核心價值觀，實現企業社會效益和經濟效益相統一。
六、員工職業發展計劃：企業與勞動者共享發展成果，提升企業員工職業發展水平，激勵員工更好地奮鬥、創造價值，推動企業長期、持續、健康發展；實現員工與企業共創、共擔、共享和共富。
